Roger Ogden (Director)

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975 and started in the Aviation business in 1982 working for Zambia Airways. In 1996 joined Orient Thai Airlines in Bangkok and then moved into aviation insurance in 1998 by joining Bertil Grimme (Asia) Limited/Grimme Butcher Jones Limited as their director for Asia. Formed FEIC (Asia) Limited in 2006.

Ben Brett (Director)

Ben joined FEIC in February 2011, having completed 17 years in the London Aviation Insurance Market.
Formally working at Marsh, for 8 years, Ben focused on producing and servicing Aviation clients emanating from the Far East Asia Region, including Japan.
Prior to his tenure at Marsh Ben spent 9 years working at Willis in their Aviation practice where he fulfilled various servicing and production roles.

Phasiri Mahasantipiya (Aviation Director)

Phasiri has experience 15 years in Non-Life Insurance and formally working with Dhipaya Insurance, Aviation Department as a Senior Manager for 9 years serving large and small aviation accounts. She graduated with Business Administration majoring in Insurance in Thailand and Master Degree in International Business Admistration from USA which give her broad knowledge of Insurance.

Mingkwan Opaspan (Senior Account Executive)

Completed a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at Kasetstart University in Thailand, and a Master of Business at the University of Wales Institute of Cardiff.
Before joining FEIC in 2013 she spend five years as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Sony Device Technology in Thailand and two years with Dhipaya Insurance as a claim specialist on the Oil and Gas Industry.

Zainul Che Din (Branch Manager, Kuala Lumpur)

Zainul has 39 years experience with several broking, insurance and reinsurance companies, including Malaysian National Reinsurance. He has also lectured on insurance and presented papers on large and specialised risks within the ASEAN region.

Neil Smith (Risk Manager and Claims Director)

Neil has had an aviation career currently spanning 44 years, during which time he worked with various airlines in different capacities and engineering management positions. The last 5 years of his airline career were in engineering quality control/assurance, safety and airworthiness roles in South East Asia. For the last 23 years Neil has successfully managed the Asia Pacific operations of one of the most prominent aviation loss adjusting companies. During this time he has personally investigated and handled numerous high profile aviation losses as well as undertaken many risk and safety audits in the region.
